Question

Hey I'm 19 I'm about 5'6  and roughly 200 pounds I just started walking a few days a week.  so far I walked about 14 miles total for this week ... My question is will this help me lose any weight if a keep walking a few days a week ??

It will help, but the bottom line is that you have to use more calories than you take in or you won't be able to lose weight.

Are you sure you don't have any medical issues that might prevent weight loss, such as under active thyroid?
