If you want to see your abs you have to do exercises that target your abs. You are not overweight at all. Loosing weight won't help you achieve your goal.
I workout once a day at the gym 20min on treadmill then I hit the weights for an hour. I have a routine for what I workout weight wise (whatever workout the coach gives us) but I want to be able to see my abs... I have a layer of fat over them.
