I'm having a very serious problem and I need help. I think I have an uncontrolable body odor that I can not smell. At first it started from the nose and then it went to my eyes. I know there's an odor because everytime I look at people or even look up in any direction they turn away fast or fan the air. This is very hard for me because I might have mental issues cause I keep my eyes closed all the time. Can someone please help me because I'm only 15 years old and I just want to live my life again. I don't even go to school because no one wantsto be near me and it's so hard even when your family turn against you what do I do! I can tell you I'm a very fresh person and I don't smell anything from my eyes so I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm also skinny with a rather large belly. And for some reason my breath is never 100% fresh even right after I brush my teeth. Can someone please help me cause I don't know what else to do I just don't want to be hurt anymore.
I'm IBS too and I have that problem. My stomach is small in the morning and as soon as I eat a complex carb such as lettuce, cabbage, etc. my stomach will get big. I just stay away from that food.

Not to get you alarnmed because not every BODY has the same body. I have your same problem I am small. My weight is 120-125 it goes up and down. I am skinny and my belly is big, I also can pass for a 6 month pregnant woman at times. I wake up with the belly a small one, but it's there. By the end of the day it is big. I wanted to tell you I have IBS (so I was told). I get bloaded for the slightiest thing I eat. I just want it to let you know consult your Dr. before you start doing what ever you do.
I joined a gym. I eat better. and still the problem is there. Now like I said Every Body is different. and This is just my opinion. See a stomache Dr. what are they called umm gastro- something. nini

Another bit of advice is to start an exercise regimen where you are working ALL parts of your body simultaneously. I do kickboxing cardio, have FUN working out and I have no problem keeping myself motivated to work out 5-6 days a week. It also helps with getting your metabolism burning calories much faster! After five minutes into the warm-up, you're sweating and you're heart rate is up and pumping.
Kickboxing cardio has made me feel good about working out and the toning it does to all parts of your body, including your oblique muscles is phenomenal! If you want a good cardio workout, just add weights to kickboxing like I have and you get a GREAT cardio workout! Plus, you'll see the results start to show in as little as 3 weeks! Then after six weeks, you'll see even more results; and the amount of energy you have is terrific! At 34, I actually love working out again! (I feel like I did when I was in my late teens and early twenties going to the gym at least 5 days a week).
I have heard that if you eat a carb-heavy diet, you WILL gain the weight in your mid section. The only way to get rid of it is cardio and, of course, cutting your carbs down. I hope this helps.

You just answered your own question. Fix your diet to consist of lean meats, leafy green veggies, whole grains, and count your calories! Start an exercise regimen to include weight lifting and some additional form of cardio such as running, swimming, a sport, etc.
I agree with this advice; if you think about it it is right. You will lose the weight again, but you won't have the body of an eight year old (whoever told you that wasn't very nice anyway) if you're exercising and strength training you will have a lot of muscle tone and a very healthy sexy body that is right for the weight that you were meant to be. well I am pretty active.I do abb crunches and walk ,not
religously though.I do slack some.
Ever since I started to try to gain weight back I just eat whatever the family is eating cereal in the morning pasta,
lunch fruit, chicken, dinner yogurt, cereal. I started eating icecream and reeses peanut butter snacks. stuff like that.

The best thing you can do is to start a good exercise regimen to include weightlifting and fix your diet. What is your daily diet like now?
