loosing weight in hips and upper thighs

I have started to exercise about 2 hours a day for the past 2 week. I already feel a lot healthier and have seen some improvements in my body. I tend to carry my weight in my hips and upper thighs and I was just wondering if anyone has any good tips to work on these areas.

Right now my routine is 45 min biking, then 30min weights and exercises (mostly abs and arms) and then 35 min jogging. I am up to try any new exercises that would help target my problem areas so any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Thanks for the website it's great. i'm going out to buy an exercise ball tomorrow, and can't wait to start some of these exercises. I think they will really target the area that I'm looking to work out.
