I agree with Barb135 losing weight in a month is not a magic. Exercise and diet plan are the most important things to achieve your weight goal. Exercise plays an important role in maintaining a healthy body, and it makes it possible to create a calorie deficit and lose weight without starving your body.
Losing weight isn't about silly ideas or having it fall off fast. You probably didn't gain it fast, so you can't expect to lose it fast either. 15 lbs is too much to expect to lose safely in one month, but you can get started and lose as much as possible.
The 3 areas that are the most important for weight loss, seem to be the 3 areas in which you're the least flexible. Those are diet, exercise and sleep.
Eating a healthy diet and staying within a calorie budget are the first steps toward losing weight.
Exercise is necessary to burn excess fat and to build muscle, which continues to burn fat. Exercise does not have to be done in large blocks of an hour or even 30 minutes. It can be done in small increments of just 5 or 10 minutes at at time.
Adequate sleep (8 hrs/night) is also necessary for weight loss and for feeling your best.
