Hi, I'm 1.63cm and I'm 73kg, I give birth 2 months ago and I would like to start a good diet now due to my normal weight is 58 kg. As you imagine I can't git inside of my old clothes, before pregnancy, which is making me depress.
Please bare in mind that I'm vegetarian, I'm breastfeeding and I had a cesarian.
Please advise as soon as possible.
Also which exercise, I do walk a lot.
