Soy products/tofu are good sources of protein, however, if you have thyroid issues, you should not eat/drink soy.

Beans and legumes are also good sources of protein, as are eggs, dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt) and whole grains. I don't eat soy, a lot of beans or legumes, so, unfortunately, I can't provide recipes, but you can do a search.  For instance, you might type in "recipes using beans", "recipes using legumes", or "recipes using tofu"

Do you hate all types of meat, or just beef, pork?  What about chicken and fish? Both good sources of protein.

You can also supplement your protein with high protein shakes, which can be combined with fruits/veggies for a variety of flavors.  Whey protein powder is best.
