You have to avoid sweet and sugar drinks.eat healthy .3 meals and 2 snacks. Try to cut 300 calories every day. Cardio and HIIT will help yoou to burn fat fast.so 30 mins cardio 3-5 times a week will be great! If you like dance you dance zumba.its a kind of dance that burn a lot of fat from every part. My opinion is to burn the fat from allover your body and lose some pounds and then you can start doing crunches sit ups and a lot of exersises. Do not forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
I have to tell you that losing pounds too fast is unhealthy.you MUSTN'T feel hangry and starving. I did and i take my pounds back!
You can eat again after 2 from your last meal. If you feel hangry or you want to eat sweets you can do something you like. Like paint you nails, sing or dance!
