quitapine meds and dieting
michelle here im 34 and i am a person with phycological probs im on quitapine and its making me put on weight as well as the wrong foods i weigh 91 ks and i want to get down to 80 i waswondering if theres a way as well of my meds that i can still loose weight can anyone can help me

Sorry no one has answered your question; I'm not familiar with quetiapine, but did a quick search for it. Weight gain is one of the side effects, so you really should talk to your doctor to make sure you don't do anything contrary to proper medical protocal.
Beyond that, I would advise eating a good balanced diet, of proper proportions, along with moderate exercise............those are the main ingredients to weight loss........
