Are you on this 1000 calorie/day diet, on the advice of your doctor? I agree with Kelley; that's not enough calories for a 14 yr old. Your body is not fully developed and you need adequate calories to aid in your growth and development.
If you are really overweight, you should have your doctor meet with your parents and help you get on a healthy eating/exercise plan.
I just looked it up. A 14 year old who DOES NOT excercise needs 1800 calories a day.
I did the same thing at 14. I would cut my calories to almost nothing and the binge. Over and over until my body had no clue how metabolize normally. I ended up at 450 lbs as an adult. 1000 calories a day is too little, especially since you're still growing. It's probably why you binge, too. You're starving yourself. Please be kind to yourself. Eat healthy foods, drink lots of water, excersise. Then the weight will come off AND you'll be healthy. I wish you the very best!
