I need some help. I am a vegetarian now 11 weeks and I am having a hard time losing weight. How much protein should I be eating a day? I already eat my 6-8 portions of veggies
I'm not a vegetarian, but I know a good source of protein is beans.
I don't know if as a vegetarian, you can eat eggs, but they're also a
