water aerobics lookng for opinions...

Hey everyone I am really new to all of this, in the past I have tried really hard to lose weight, but I always start to then get busy and stop working out.  I just finished school again I am turning 20 this week I am 5'8 and I weight 240lbs.  I have started working out at home and plan to be a bit more experimental with my work outs this time and I am determined to lose weight by the summer.  I am wondering has anyone tried water aerobics and what are your opinions?

I enjoy it,  I love to swim and to beable to do the diff work outs that you do in the water arobics makes it even better I say try it, its not for everyone but give it a try for a month or so and see how you like it,

I have never tried water aerobics, but I've seen people who have, and they've had great results with it.  It's excellent exercise because the water acts as a "cushion" for your body, which makes for low impact.
