It's always hard to make changes, but sometimes we have no choice.
Have you been tested for hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, or PCOS? All of those cause weight gain and/or inability to lose.
thnx :) I will try my best I can't just go back to my old body it has already been taugh and hard for me to make a change
I agree that you should not just give up. Go back to your healthy diet, then calculate the number of calories you actually need each day and proceed from there.
Snack on apples, veggie sticks, etc. And do get some exercise.
Don't be disheartened, just put it to bed and start again. As soon as you start to feel hungry eat a banana or an apple and make sure you drink plenty of water. 99% of the time you are thirsty rather than hungry. I've lost almost 2 stone just by eating smaller portions and walking. I have a heart condition so can't do heavy exercise. If I can do it, you can do it, good luck and keep going!!!
