Decreasing your calorie intake too much will slow your metabolism. If you've increased your work outs you also need to increase calorie intake to continue weight lose.

I can help you calculate the number of calories you need/day, if you tell me your age.
Do you have PCOS or hypothyroidism? Both can make losing weight very difficult.
Often when we exercise, we gain muscle, which is denser than fat, so we get smaller, even though we don't lose pounds. Have you tried taking your measurements to see if that could be happening to you?
It's not unusual for weight to plateau after a while. The best way to jump start the loss, again, is to change things up. Either add/subtract calories and/or change your exercise routine. If you do the same things every day, your body simply comes to expect those things and it's no longer a challenge.

I'm not sure how you adjusted your calories.. once you figure out what you need to "exist", you have to drop calories in order to lose......
How much and what kind of exercise are you doing?
How tall are you, what's your current weight and what is your goal? You're eating healthy (?) snacks, but are you eating healthy meals?
"8-11 waters a day". Is that cups or bottles? Typical bottles of water are 16.9 oz; 4 bottles would be 8 cups. If you are drinking 8-11 bottles (unless they're 8 oz), you probably have a lot of water weight.
