weight loss advice needed!

I started a calorie controlled diet 4weeks ago I eat no more than 1200 a day. My start weight was 181 and currently 176 I dobt feel ive lost alot of weight at all :(. I feel I have barely lost anything I watch my calories so carefully lost of fruit and veg only drink water, and walk about aan hour everyday. Is this normal I dont kbow what can I do to make my weight loss noticable.

Be careful with the fruit! some have a lot of sugar!!

Your doing fine. Most sensible programs target 1lb per week. You are creating a caloric deficit of more than 3500 calories per week via your diet and exercise programs. 1lb of fat = 3500 calories
Most people aim for 500 calories below their BMR (look it up and calculate yours) per day for each of the 7 weekdays by a combo of reducing calories consumed AND expending calories in exercise to equal 500 each day. Figure your BMR you may be able to slightly increase your 1200 and still lose and not be as hungry.
