I started a calorie controlled diet 4weeks ago I eat no more than 1200 a day. My start weight was 181 and currently 176 I dobt feel ive lost alot of weight at all :(. I feel I have barely lost anything I watch my calories so carefully lost of fruit and veg only drink water, and walk about aan hour everyday. Is this normal I dont kbow what can I do to make my weight loss noticable.
