So..how does the losing weight thing work?? I have just started trying to lose weight??
Depending on how much you need to lose, 5 pounds can be not a lot or way too much. I started loosing at 7 pounds a week and now I am lucky if I can lose a pound a week. The closer you get to your goal the harder it is to lose.
One thing that I do when I see that I have reached a plateau is change up my excercise or eating habits. Your body gets to its peak performance once it gets used to something and kind of stabilizes your metabolism. I like to try a new class at the gym or something like that to jolt my body out of it and begin burning again.
that's about how much I'm losing every week also. I don't think its to much.
