I am trying to lose my weight since a year but haven't lost any. Instead increased 3 to 4 kg weight. How to lose it?
I want some useful tips? I have a busy schedule from morning 8 to evening 8 o'clock. And I get time to eat only once at 12 o'clock when I get my lunch. Please help me to give some tips to reduce my weight(actually fat).

I think the trick is to EAT. Sounds silly but it works. Track ur calories try to stay under 2000 but eat all the way up till 7pm. Example morning:piece of fruit a cheese stick and a piece of whole wheat toast plain and water.about 300 calories then a 100 calorie snack then lunch 300 caloriestht cld anything example 1 yogurt 5 carrots sticks n 2tbs of hummus then a 100 calorie snack again then dinner : stay around 3 or 400calories example:4oz chicken breast baked with some kinds of veggie like a small salad wit light dressing. Then a 100 cal snack do all of this before 7 if u cnt take it and r hungry after 7 then eat a small snack 100 cal or less  And then go for a 30 minut walk 3 to 4 times a week before or after work or do a video workout. Just keep active when ur on ur lunch break walk around when u clean ur hous e dance while u doit ect. Just move more! And when u get use to all this and u start to drop a lil weight lower ur calorie intake and workout more like walk 4 45 minuts instaed of 30 easy things like this will work. its a slow process but it works the key is consistency never stop even when u mess up and eat a piece of pie or a slice of pizza just get bck up n say no I'm doing this ! N before u no it every1 will be sayn wow u look good wht r u doin to loose the weight!!!  Lol I've being just this and hav lost 54 pounds.  It was slow but it works. Its all comman sense...

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

I wasn't "attacking" or anything like that, i'm sorry if thats what it felt like. i actually reread my post and i wasn't referring to the HcG diet or any of the info that you posted on there, i was just saying that eating only 1xday is not that healthy. i too have looked online about HcG diet and b/12 shots and stuff like that. i've even went to visit a weight loss clinic around here that does it and attended an informational class about the HcG diet. So i do appologize if i offened you or hurt you in any way, that was not my attention.

Okay Kimmie, the info I posted was just that...Informative and General, since I do not know this persons medical background, age, or physical health...I have read everything, but have not tried it yet. Please note that your message would not have felt like an attack on what I stated if you would have started with ..."In my opinion"... because you don't know anything about me. So, at your age I was always a petite, five foot, SINGLE mom, two children, gotta do it all w/o family around to help....but now over 40yrs of age I spent the the last 9 years being physically  DISABLED from lower back surgery, which I did not recover from well! With that said and being so immobile I got FAT, depressed, and feared my fate was carved in stone. I could have had my Insurance pay for Gastric Bypass, but that's not the kind of person I am. Instead I looked and researched new technologies that would elevate MY quality of life that I use to have. In July 2008, I received the implant of my neurotransmitter after a year of attempts at alternative methods to eliminate Chronic pain. Two years later I have lost almost 100lbs...I finally can do things like WALK again...I can do dishes, laundry, ride my bike, dance, ect... I also don't give out my opinion regarding a subject unless I have read the data...the Hcg diet is NOT for people like you... its for excessively large to moderately large people who can not or don't want to exercise, can handle the strict requirements of a 500 day calorie since the drops with the Outlined foods that can only be eaten with this diet work together in the body to Eliminate the Stored Body Fat that one might have been toting around for several decades. This type of diet can enhance the quality of like for disabled people who might be wheel chaired bound due to weight issues. So, again it is helpful to keep the information general and opinionated as to avoid hurting other peoples feelings and coming across as "I am Holier then thou...". Thank you for reading my drawn out speech and please understand I wrote this to help you be more mindful about how things we write can come across negative when that wasn't the intention in the first place. So ALWAYS proofread before posting! Enjoy the time you have with your children...time flies and moments are missed when "Instant Gratification" plagues our lives!

That's Great!!! Congrats on your success! I have done the smoothies, love'm. I am happy to finally be at a 14 seeing how I use to be inches away from wearing a size 26. For me, when people ask me how I've done it I tell them that it's a "lifestyle change" because of my other medical issues I have to allow for fluctuations with my eating, exercise, while accommodating my illnesses. Its a slow process at times but the outcome of increased self esteem, confidence, and the ability to do the things I love has been amazing! Keep up the good work! -M

I started making smoothies and used lots of fruit, low fat yogert and healthy fruit drinks to mix it all together in a blender.  Within a week I started to lose weight without even trying. Then I cut out the bread, pasta and other fating items and just ate smoothies in the morning, at noon and right before dinner. Its been two months now and I've dropped from a size 18 to a 14 petite.  It works and its good too.

eating only 1 time a day is not going to help you lose weight. how many calories are you eating a day? when you go that long w/o eating your metabolism slows down, its best to eat small snacks throughout the day, this keeps your metabolism constantly going. i have a very busy schedule also, my day starts at 4:30 and by the time i get home its already 6 and i still have to get dinner ready and take care of my 4 year old and get my 5 month old fed, bathed and ready for bed. so by the time everything is done it is after 8. i actually wake up at 4:30 so that i can exercise, b/c otherwise like i said my day ends at 8 and by then i'm too exhausted to go to the gym, i think the most helpful thing i can tell you is to eat throughout the day, instead of one big meal. this way you body has time to burn it off, when you eat one large meal its more likely to get stored as fat

Several months ago I heard of the Hcg diet. I went on-line, found the original study "Pounds and Inches" by A.T.W. Simeons M.D. (which is available in pdf format) that outlines the protocol which can be found on the web site hcgdietinfo.com. This site will provide you with a ton of information for you to decide if this is an option for you. Once you feel fully informed about all the pro's and con's then, as I did, I went to my doctor and discussed this with him. He felt that I could benefit from this greatly and wrote me a script, plus gave me a paper with an area Pharmaceutical Lab that would be able to provide me with the oral drops, arrange payment method (my insurance did not cover this medication, so check with yours FIRST), and finalize everything with my shipping address. Please make sure to look at what others are saying about this diet, ask them questions, take notes on things you find helpful that others are saying, make sure any type of medication or allergies you might have won't be affected, and most of all remember...Knowledge is Power, the more you know the more confident you are about your decisions. I would offer my opinion, but due to a surgery in October I have not started it yet. So, with that I hope this tip is a good starting point and I wish you strength, persistence, and love for yourself as you strive to loss weight. Have a great day!
