2weeks early period

Has anyone experienced this? I have my last period last month 23-27th. It lasted 5 days which was shorter than my normals(7 days) it came very light like spotting in 1st day then turned to heavy flow till 3rd day. Unexpectedly This month my period came yesterday July 13th. I thought I bled becuase of rough sex the night before. It was almost like thick clots I can feel them when they came through. i freaked out cuz my cycle is 27-29 days. I also feel nipples tingling and breast haeavy. We're not trying and been using pull out medthod for 2 years.I already made doctor appointment to see what's going on. But meanwhile I just can not help myself to worry. Would it be possible if Im pregnant? Or having miscarriage? 2 HPT said negative. FYI I'm a climber so sometimes I boulder and fall off. Hiking up and Last climb a day before this period warn me out pretty bad.

If ur test came back negative ur not pregnant. If u would be having a miscarriage the test would still be positive cuz it takes time for it to clear out of ur system. It's probably something else. I have had my period with blood clots b4 which I thought was weird but then went back to normal the following month n no I wasn't pregnant

That is actusllybwhst happened with my first and this pregnancy. With my first it came a week early and the next month as soon as I missed the first day, I took a test and it came up positive. This time, I had a very weird light period to start, like what you explained. It was only spotting for 4 days then turned into a normal flow, but ended up lasting 8 days. Same thing the next month I took a test and it was positive.
