so there’s some bump near my outer labia?

this is a sorta embarassing first question here.

so i recently turned 13 and today (as i post this) recently took a shower and felt some sort of pinch(?) near my private regions. i checked it out and it’s like a mini m&m size bump on what’s near my outer labia.

the only places i shave so far are my legs and armpits so i don’t entirely know if it’s an ingrown hair.

maybe it’s a cyst? this bump only just appeared within an hour. right now all i’ve done was apply mild pressure and it seemed to go down a bit.

please help because i am heavily concerned.
