7 months without a period.

This is my 7th month to not have a period. I have taken pregnancy tests & they're all negative. I went to the gynocologist after my 2nd or 3rd month without one, she did blood work and evidently came up with nothing. She said it wasn't a problem, but I'm worried what the reason could be. Could it be something serious, or is it really just nothing?

I agree with the other ladies.  I would get a second opinion.  A lot of doctors don't recognize issues like PCOS off the bat.  Research PCOS and see if you have any other symptoms and then make sure you mention them to the new doc.

There can be a few reasons why you're not getting a period. Some reasons could be PCOS, hormonal imbalance, etc. I would go back and get checked out again, or maybe try a different doctor and see if they can figure out what's wrong. Are there any other symptoms you've had?
