Torn skin between vagina and anus on virgins

I have hemorrhoids for years and im 21 i think i had it since i was 15 so anyway every time i have bowel movement it hurts so bad and i have constipation every time. So now i have a torn skin between my vagina and anus may be for 2 years and it got worst i could tell, its so sensitive and painful after bowel movement. I am so worried about it because im a virgin and want to keep it till marriage but now im in doubt if my hymen is broken or would i have any problems with my husband if i'll marry. I really need an advice i cant tell anyone and i dont have an insurance to see a doctor. Is it normal to have a torn skin between vagina and anus in virgins i know after childbirth some women have it but im a virgin this freaks me out i dont even want to marry cuz of this...

You should try a laxitive to soften the stools.  Also, eat lots of fiber.  My brother has IBS and it has also caused some tearing and the doctor is actually recommending surgery to repair it.  The bacteria can cause infections which can be serious so you really need to see a doctor.  I wouldn't worry about the virginity.  More than likely your hymen is intact and even if it isn't, it isn't likely your future husband won't be able to tell.

I hope there is some way you can get insurance, or see a doctor.  This is nothing to live with for so long.
