Abdominal/pelvic pain

I am experiencing some strange (for me) things.  I am three weeks late on my period.  I took three urine tests and all negative.  I am having pain and pressure in my abdomin and more severe pain on left side (in ovary area).  I have had a yeast infection for 5 days, have taken 2 diflucan pills and using cream inserts for yeast infection.  The pain and swelling of vagina has gone down but not away.  I seem to be very tired all the time.  I am urinating more frequent than normal (about twice as much).  I have a history of PCOS and endometriosis.  the pain doesn't feel like the same pain that I normally feel with endometriosis and cannot remember the pain from PCOS.  (I haven't had problems with that in about 8 years)  I am on the pill but missed a week last cycle and have not taken a pill in three weeks (awaiting period).  Does this sound like it could be from my endo, PCOS, yeast infection or could this be a tubal pregnancy?  If you have a tubal pregnancy would it show up negative on urine test?  Please give me as much input as possible.  Thank You!!

I went to the doc yesterday and found out that I have an infection in my fallopian tubes.  The doc said that it isn't anything to play around with so he gave me a shot of antibiotic and 4 pills before I left his office.  He said that he didn't want to risk me not taking the antibiotics correctly.  I have to go back in two weeks to find out what caused the infection.  Has anyone ever had this???

I read or heard somewhere that sometimes women can have
tubal pregnancies and they didn't know they were pregnant.
I'm glad you're going to the doctor.  Let us know how
it turns out.  Take care!

nevermind... I figured it out... a little slow today, sorry.  No, I am not TTC but if it were to happen I would be OK... would just rather wait a little longer.

i know a tubal would show a positive pregnancy test. i also have endo and may have PCOS. I'm not sure what the oain could be from. is your period two or three weeks late? I would call the dr and see what she says, that's what I would do. Are you ttc?
