Advice for recurrent yeast infections? Will taking miconazole after Diflucan help?

I've had a persistent yeast infection almost every month for nearly 3 years. I've had it tested over 5 times so I know it's candida with certainty. Diflucan sometimes helps for a short while, most of the time not at all. I'm trying it once more and thought maybe trying the miconazole suppositories a few days after the Diflucan may help. What's your opinion on this idea? Does anyone have any advice on recurrent yeast infections?

Also, I have a healthy diet with no sugar other than fruit, I eat yogurt and raw kraut everyday, I have garlic and coconut in my diet and I take a probiotic with cranberry. I'm fairly active and I drink a lot of fluids.
