Am I pregnant?

Well, I've got quite the dilemma.
I'm 17 years old and have been with my boyfriend for quite some time now. About 2 years back, I started on the patch as a form of birth control (ortho evra) and have had no problems with it. At the beginning of September, however, my pharmacy screwed up my prescription (I wont get into details) and left me without the patch for a month. I think my last period (when I removed my last patch) was around September 5-12, start to end (I'm not completely sure). Since I missed my patch change day (Sunday) my period was longer then expected, about 7 days or so.
I know it was stupid and reckless, completely immature of me and I kick myself over and over again about it, but me and my boyfriend ended up having sex unprotected using the pull out method. I can't stress to you how in knots I am over this.
It's been almost a month now ( Oct. 12) and I'm really scared that I'm pregnant. The only noticeable thing I can give you that's changed since I've been off the patch is a clear, watery discharge with almost no smell. I realize just now that it's probably because I'm finally ovulating after 2 years but I can't be completely sure.
I just need to tell someone about this I guess, because from what I can gather from the end date area of my last period, it should be coming tomorrow or Tuesday. But I'm completely torn up about the whole thing and worrying myself to death over it =/

there is no such "pullout method" to prevent pregnancy. you can get pregnant that way and birth control (even if you took it correctly) is also not 100%

you could be pregnant since you had unprotected sex. or it can be from the path thing. it will cause changes in you physically and you will likely miss your period

The change in birth control, the mix up or whatever could mess up your dates. Don't panick. I am sure you are probably okay. Worrying can also mess up your period. I guess it would sound like a mom if I said next time if you have any doubts... use a back up like a condom, huh? I am not sure why you wouldn't if you were un sure but maybe I don't know all the details. I am not familiar with the patch but you should be able to take a pregnancy test to relieve your fears soon. Make the pharmacy pay for it if they were the ones who messed up!
