Pregnant or just irregular period?

Hi , last week I took the morning after pill and yesterday around lunch time I noticed that I had started my period, (it had come a week early) but I didn't mind I just assumed the pill had messed up my cycle as it once had before. However when I got home from work I realised I had stopped bleeding. I just assumed it was very light start and didn't think anything of it, now it's the morning and I have not bled anymore than I did sinxe yesterday.
I am also on a heavy dose of antibiotics at the moment and feel like I may have thrush.  Not sure if the two are related in any way?
I'm trying not to worry and panic for now but would aappreciate a response. Thanks.

Thank you Bhupinder & Sanjivani, it seems you both were right and my period came a week later after the spot bleeding. I will keep an eye on it for next month though. Thanks again!

HI,
The light bleeding can be from the disruption caused by the morning after pill. Also the use of antibiotics and morning after pill can cause the periods to come early. Hence you need to keep a watch on your menses. If they get delayed then a home pregnancy test can be taken. Hope this helps.

Hello,
The bleeding that you had looks like breakthrough bleeding due to the hormonal excess in post coital pills. You should get your periods but if they get delayed then do a urine for pregnancy test to check the status of your pregnancy due to birth control failure.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
