Bloated!

I am a 36 year old female and 2 years ago had to have a complete hysterectomy due to some underlying medical conditions. Last year had to have surgery to remove a mass that covered my stomach and also removed my gallbladder. Since my surgery which was a year ago I have gained a lot of weight and decided I should start taking better care of myself. I have been eating great, getting exorcise, going to bed on time etc. No matter what I do I am having a severe problem with bloating and swollen stomach. It's miserable!! My lower back has sharp pains and I am getting horrible headaches. I have been doing everything right and feel worse than ever! Any suggestions?
