Brown Discharge? Help?

Hi everyone, I know you all hear same or similar stories, but I'm curious as to what might be happening to me.

I started my period July 11th, 2009 and it went on for 5 days.  I had on and off unprotected and protected sex from the 21st-25th of July.  It is now Aug 1st.  I'll also clarify that I'm 21 years of age.

I am not on the pill nor have I ever been on it.  Just yesterday and this morning, I've noticed a dark brown discharge that stained my undergarment, bout the size of a silver dollar.  I'm not sure as to what might be wrong with me and I'd like some input before I may have to consult a physician.  There is no pain or itchyness, just a small odor from what I noticed this morning.

This has never happened to me before, discharge-wise that is.  One thing I can say is that I have been working out for the past few days and have been under some amount of stress also.

Any chance I may "even" be pregnant?  Or anything that may explain this.

Thanks!

Could be due to stress, but, from my calculations, the time you had sex was probably during your fertile period, so, you could be pregnant, I would get this checked by your gyn, even if you are not pregnant, it is wise to find out why the discharge and the odor.
