Brown Discharge... am I dying?
Hi, 4 days ago i felt like I ovulated and then a little later in the date somthing came out of me, what looked like a mucus plug the following evening I had what looked like an eggwhite with blood and brown on one side of the rim. the next two days I had a brown discharge when I wiped. Today I only have a white or clear sticky discharge. I am so anxious and nerved up I dont think my heart can take waiting until I go to the obgyn tomorrow- I am so nervous please help? Is this a sign of cancer? what else could it be?
Arrgghh... I hate "in a few weeks" It seems the stress of waiting always makes things worse. Well I am sorry you are not pregnant :( ... I hate getting those stupid negative tests!
I hope it all come back ok. Let us know about the ultrasound and the blood work. Maybe it could just be as simple as a hormone imbalance. Thanks for keeping us update!!!

I went to the doctors today and had every test done under the sun.... Not pregnant :( but she says it does not seem that pressing of an issue but tested me for everything anyways. I am not feeling too at ease.... they said I will know about the tests in a few weeks... and I have an ultrasound on Wednesday to see if I have any cysts.

Brown discharge is almost all the time nothing more than old blood your body is expelling. It happen happens before or after a period. It can also come when you ovulate, (some women spot randomly when they do) and can come at anytime in your cycle. I've had it dozens of times, and have no problems at all.

I am surely not an expert. But I have been reading stuff about brown discharge and they usually say it is old blood. BUT I have also heard that this could mean you are pregnant! Do you have any other symptoms??
