Brown Discharge?

Two nights ago I was feeling crampy, thinking my period was about to come since it should have. I went to the bathroom and a ton a brown discharge came out. So I naturally thought I was starting my period, so I put a tampon in. Whenever I would change my tampon, I would notice that there was absolutely nothing on it. I decided to not put one in the next day to see if I had the brown discharge or any bleeding. Still nothing. I'm not sure why I had that and why there was so much of it and then it just stop. I had sex the night before I had the brown discharge, but I dont have sex everyday or anything. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. What could this mean? =/

My last period was around the 7th of last month. And I had sex before. I don't think pregnancy is a concern since we use condoms and they've never broken.

Hello,
When was the first day of your last period?  I've had that happen before, then I would start a couple days later.  The brown discharge is usually normal.  I would say if you don't start in a couple of days, to test for pregnancy, if that's a concern.  Good luck :)
