Brown dicharge before period..? HELP

Hi.. I'm really stressed out i need help!
I recieved my last period on the 22nd of October, and today is the 24th of November, meaning im sort of  LATE. I was sexually active with my boyfriend, and we used protection each time. We used a condom, and my bf never ejaculated inside of me and always took it out right before. And we both checked the condom after it was used to make sure it wasn't torn or anything. About 10 days before i was "suppose" to get my period, i got sort of very light blood and dark brown discharge when i wiped, and a few spots on my underwear. I thought it was just an early start of my period but it ended in about 2-3 days. During me & my bf had sex and in the begging relized that the condom was covered with light blood and brown discharge. Pretty discusting ! Anyways, I'm have a few cramps and headaches. I didnt get the usuall symptoms i get when i have my period such as sore breasts.. I also have a lot of vaginal discharge on my underwear ( white). Some of my information is im really stressed right now, i have tooken the Morning after pill a few months back due to my bf ejacualating inside with a condom- we got worried. I also feel that maybee i might have a vaginal infection such as a yeast infection before it burns a little when i pee, and i had some bubbles on my vagina lip. I only had sex with one person in my life and thats my bf. and i know for a fact that im the only girl my bf has ever had sex with ! So no STD =) lol..
Im very worried and im scared... PLEASE HELP
