Brown discharge

Please help me. A week ago i started noticing watery brown discharge, from time to time I also have dark brown discharge but it's not so frequant. I should get period in few days but this has never happened to me before. I am sexualy active and I do have unprotected sex with pull out methode. But I'm very worried if this is something serious?

Hi! :) Thank you for your reply.
Well I dont have pain or weird smells and also I don't have watery brown discharge all the time, only from time to time. Sometimes there can be really dark brown discharge but in really really small amounts. Then it gets back to my normal white discharge and again with watery. Anyway I'll probably take a test :)

Hi! I'm a medical student and I believe the first answer might be correct! It is call implantation bleed... It is normal as long as you don't have other symptoms as pain or weird smells coming from your pelvic area... :) take a test in a few days if you wanna know since now

Hello. Thank you very much for your reply. Actually I am not that worried if I'm pregnant, I'm just worried if it's not something more serious cuz this is first time something like that happened to me.

Hi there.  Well, spotting brown discharge is normal as that is old blood.  Many women do get that just before and after a period.  However, you have risked pregnancy hon.  The 'pull out method' is not a method of preventing pregnancy.  If your period is late, take a test.  Please find a reliable form of birth control to use from now on.  good luck
