no period for 4 months

im 16 , just got my period last december (2011) , i had my period three times and since january i havent had my period. im getting really worried!

First in your age range it is very common for periods to change and sometimes disappear for short periods. Talk to your doc right atway just to make sure ur not pregnant.  But keep in mind at you. At ur anything from teen hormones changing, to sports, and even body weight can affect ur cycle.  Good luck!
