Can antibiotics cause a period to be delayed

I was taking antibiotics for acne 2 months ago. I had to stop taking them as they gave me terrible chest pains. Ut caused my period to be a week late. I havent taken any since and now im a couple of days late again. Is this normal?

Hi there. Yep, any sort of medication or medical issue, even stress/anxiety over chest pains can cause a longer than usual cycle or a delayed period.  good luck
