My period is irregular.

I'm 16 and I get my period once every 6-12 months. I've spoken to my doctor about it and they just said it's nothing to worry about, I did have a blood test that said I had raised testosterone. Recently after masturbation (I don't insert anything just rub and I'm a virgin) I've found that I start to bleed afterwards, I've not spoken to my doctor about this because I find it all very embarrassing so please help and tell me if this is normal or if this is something that needs checked out. Also, side note if this has any correlation to this at all, my nipples have started becoming more sensitive to the point that a light pinch makes them hurt.

No, sounds normal.  Your doctor, as expected as they are a doctor. speaks truth.  It is quite normal to be irregular at your age.  You don't have to worry about occasional spotting.  Try not to worry.  Nipple changes are also normal and due to fluctuating hormones.  good luck

I'm surprised that the Dr says that there is nothing to be worried about. I would get a second opinion. When it comes to the masturbation and the bleeding do you not think that this could be your period? If it's not now is not the time to me ashamed to talk to your Dr. If you are not sexually active then I don't think you are pregnant but the fact that you nipples are more sensitive could be a sign of your period. Write down the day that the bleeding started and how long it lasted and report this to your Dr
