I would go see your gynecologist and see what she has to say. Maybe she can put you on a birth control pill to help with the period pains. 10 is not enough to know if it will help you or not. In my opinion

No sex is never painful and never with a bowel movement. On a scale from 1-10 id say its about a 4 on a good day...some days are much worse tan others.

Hello,
If ultrasound has ruled out ovarian cysts then it is important to rule out any endometriosis or adenomyosis. Although ultrasound is useful in diagnosing endometriosis, but still cannot definitively diagnose endometriosis. Laproscopy is the only accurate way of diagnosing endometriosis. Treatment involves NSAID pain killers, GnRH analogs, oral contraceptive pills, progestins and surgery.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Do you have pain with sex? Pain with bowel movements?

Rate your period pain from 1-10

It could be possible that you have Endometriosis. Do you go to a gynecologist or just your reg GP?

Thank you so much for your advice. Well my youngest is two she will be three in a few  months. I started with the pains a few months before my first child, who turns four in May. I had an ultrasound done about six months ago they didn't see any cysts at the time. Im hoping to go to the Dr soon because the pain seems to be getting worse.....don't know what to do or try anymore

The Dr gave me a prescription to help my cycle I took the pills for 10 days as prescribed and nothing. Im in so much pain even as I type this the pain just travels down my legs. When I go go back to the Dr what tests should I ask for?

First thing that comes to mind is ovarian cysts. However it could be a thyroid thing as well with the weight gain and hot flashes.

Have you ever gotten cramps before? When was the birth of your last child? did the pain start after that?

So I want to get this right. You are getting menstrual cramps and ovulation pain but no period? I can't imagine you are going into menopause but I would get that checked.

There could be so many things this could be but if you are having pelvic pain and then I would definitely get an ultrasound done to rule out any cysts

Hello,
It is important to rule out ovarian cysts and polycystic ovarian disease in your case. Diagnostic tests are 2 hr GTT,serum androgen and testosterone levels,LH-FSH ratio, prolactin levels,TSH levels,17-hydroxyprogesterone levels  and 3D ultrasound done.
