When I had my first surgery at the age of 17 my doctor said he had never seen so much adhesions in my abdomen and pelvis. I've had several back surgeries now and I'm full of adhesions there too.  Physical therapy/massage can help to break them up a bit.  I've heard of this stuff called serrapatese or something like that, it helps break it up too! I heard that it can thin your blood and I have some blood issues so I can't take it.  I believe there is a brand advertised named Drs Best.  Hope this helps.  Sorry your in constant pain too!

I just had an op 4 weeks ago and they found adhesions around my fallopian tubes and ovaries. I have had very little info from my docs about it and have been wanting to speak to someone about it that knows what it is. Im 18 yo and extremley scared about what to expect in the future!! They said they cut them away but all ive seem to have read is that makes it worse and they grow back. Please give me some info about this. Im terrified! :(
Thankyou
