Cramps with no bleeding
For the past few months I have had little to no bleeding during my cycle - really only spotting - and yet have had cramps that have been worse and lasted longer than normal. Whereas normally the cramps stop after my period starts, these cramps, while not severe, are now lasting the full 4-6 days when I should be bleeding, and yet I'm only spotting. Is this cause for concern?

These symptoms can be due to dysmenorrhea. The secondary dysmenorrhea is due to pelvic inflammatory disease, fibroids, endometriosis (abnormality of lining of uterus), pelvic tumors, and intra uterine device (like copper-T) etc. You should consult gynecologist for internal examination and other test needed to detect it's cause.
