I have a problem with ovarian cysts too but luckily mine are only hormonal based so i dont always have them. I know that sometimes when you have ovarian cysts the ovary isn't able to release the egg.
good luck though I hope everything works out for you!!

I'm going through a similar situation myself trying to conceive but having problems doing so. I would suggest handling the immediate issues now with the operation, and then talk to your doctor about having no success over the past couple years with conception and maybe they can help you on your pregnancy journey. Good luck
