Did I start my period?

Almost a year ago, when I was 12 I had a 'period' but I had no cramps and not a load of blood, this happened in September it happened again towards the end of November, I had it again but not until April this time with a lot more blood, what is going on??

It's completely normal. When you start your period for the first 1-2 years it will be like that. I've had mine for about 1 year and I've had irregular periods and no cramps. So you have nothing to worry about.

I would say that you have started your period because I do know of a few people who this has happened to. It's not anything to really worry about but if your very curious I would say to ask your doctor the next time you have an appointment.
