Missed period, yeast infection, small pea size bump . . . please help !

I was very sick about 2 1/2 weeks ago . . . my liver was swollen i had toncillitous (spelling?) a high fever of 103 and a tear in my esofigus (sp?) anyway I also just recently moved so i had been under a great deal of stress.

I was supposed to start my period on the 25th of this month and still have not started . . . i think it is just because of stress but i am not sure.

I also have developed a yeast infection and I was treating it with cream but now I am scared to treat it because I have found a small pea-sized bump that appears to be a little white in color . . . it is on the left size of my vagina. I can't figure out if its the yeast infection that is causing the itching and a little bit of stinging sensation or if it is the bump.

I couldn't feel the bump before the only reason I found it is because of my yeast infection so I don't know how long its been there. Any ideas on whats going on with me ???? Please respond I am a constant worrier and I want to releave my stress and not continue to develop it. I have an appt to see my doctor on the 5th. Any answers would be very helpful !! THANK YOU !!

I agree that the illness and stress are the main causes of your issues.  All kinds of things happen with our cycles when we are under stress.  (Genetically speaking, our bodies are built to save us, and will stop being fertile if we are ill or stressed or starving for that matter, so will often pull back on ovulating in order to 'preserve our life' if we are under attack from sickness or if our body-fat index drops below a certain point.)  I would not be too concerned about the period part of it.  The yeast infection can come if you are taking antibiotics or for other reasons, and I wouldn't stop treating it, pea-sized bump or not.  The pea-sized bump may have been there forever; ask them at your next ob-gyn appointment what they think it is.

Thanks for the comment . . . the bump has now started to go down a bit but it has gotten whiter it looks like a canker sore in a way. I think it may be draining some fluid but it is hard to tell because i have started using the cream for my yeast infection again. Does anyone else have any ideas as to what is happening here?? thanks !
