Does anyone else put pressure on female parts in sleep for just comfort?

I am in my mid 30s and have done this as long as I can remember. While I sleep I always have a pillow between my legs, and more often than not, my hand is down there applying pressure. I don’t think I could go to sleep without doing this. I am not masturbating and it’s not sexual and it doesn’t arouse me. It’s like it comforts me. I do masterbate, do orgasm and have sex with my husband. Have a healthy sex life. This really is just a comfort thing. Is this weird or do others do this too? I can’t find anything online about it.

Our sleep habits start really young.  You probably did this as a child and now it's just part of what you do.  Some people have cold hands when they are little and will put their hands in their pajama pants to stay warm and sleep that way.  I bet you'd find those kids when 30 still sleep with their hands in their pants!  Same with position.  If you slept as a child often on your stomach then you will as an adult.  Don't know if anyone else does this but it doesn't cause any harm so wouldn't worry about it.  good luck and happy sleeping
