Endometrial ablation anyone had this done?

Hi I have scheduled HTA Hydro Thermablation for may 23 and am worried about what to expect post op.  Has anyone had this done and how did you feel after?  Was it successful? Any input would be great/.

Yes I had it done 3 weeks ago and still bloated a bit of weight gain

Yes I had the same thing I had it done 3 weeks very little pain but same pinkish watery discharge. But I'm  still very bloated still are you ?

I had this done on weds have had terrible pain on & off now got pain in my leg thought i be back on my feet by now but no such luck the pain in my leg is worrying though really finding this hard to cope with as i have a autistic daughter who has got a stoma & 2 other daughters to look after i feel hopeless & the pain is keeping me awake at night feels like im in labour all over again

I had it done 8-2013.  I had horrible cramping that day but was fine after that.  I still have heavy bleeding every 15 days followed by watery discharge for the next 5-7 days…  I am still waiting for results, but as time passes, I am thinking I might be one of the 25% that will not have the results I was hoping for - light to no bleeding :(

I am scheduled to have the NovaSure as recommended by my doctor due to severe PMDD and failed attempt at treating with Seasonique. I am concerned after reading some of these comments that my emotional symptoms are not going to go away after this procedure. Has anyone else had this surgery to treat PMDD, particularly the emotional aspects? How have you been in regards to depression, anxiety, and the other hormonal effects of periods? My doctor feels if he can eliminate my periods I will have an improved quality of life, but if I still experience the depression, anxiety, and other symptoms of PMDD even without the bleeding, it may not be worth it.

I am almost 30 and have had 2 kids I had and endometerial ablation done about 2 months ago to stop my periods. It worked alittle bit I still bleed heavy and still cramp a lot and my dr dnt know wat to do she is saying I might have to have the hystromecy now and that could put me into early menapause which fine with me........I am scared cause my dr also says that because of the ablation I ended up having an infection........she said that the tools may not have been to clean(ooooo just great) that worries me even more
