Excruciating Pains

I am 15 weeks and 2 days. Last night I was sitting in my husband's truck and when I went to get out, I put one leg out on the ground and stood up and immediately got this pain on my lower right part of my abdomen. It was literally the worst pain I have ever felt, it took my breath away and automatically made me drop to my knees and I had the sudden urge to vomit. I couldn't move, every time I tried to stand up the pain would start up and I would fall back into a curled up ball and get the sudden urge to vomit again. I did some deep breathing and stayed there for about 5 minutes, my husband tried picking me up and taking me into the house but I literally could not move without the pain being so terrible. After about 10 minutes of being curled up into a ball, I slowly stood up and walked to the house even though the pain was still there. I went to the bathroom and noticed I'm not bleeding. It wasn't a gas cramp but I have literally never felt anything like that. After about 20 minutes, the pain was still there but not as bad but definitely flares up each time I move. This morning, I woke up in pain again, but not as bad. I don't know what it could be.

I just had one last week and they said everything was looking good with me, I have my first ultrasound tomorrow afternoon. I was thinking that it could be the ligaments or maybe even a UTI. I have also noticed that when I go to the bathroom (both #1 and #2) I feel pressure in my uterine area and it hurts. Other than that I don't have another appointment for 3 more weeks.

Hi there.  Could it be ligament stretching?  I had things that felt a little like a Charlie Hourse in my pelvic area when pregnant.  it's a big change on the body.

If you have really extreme pain again though, you should call your doctor to double check.  Do you see your doc monthly right now?  Is your check up coming soon?
