Pls help

I have been suffering from bv for 3yrs already. I had it 4months after me and my partner moved in together. I got pregnant after 2months and its still there, i had it checked when i had my first ultrasound and they gave me fluomizin suppository for a week, it worked for a while but when we had an intercourse after 3days the odor went back. Now its been 3yrs and it has been my problem during sex and i think my partner is worried too. i am a very hygenic person. Pls help.

My doc put me on a 2-week Flagyl run and put my husband on the same thing at the same time for the same duration.  Doc said partners can pass BV back and forth if they don't get treated simultaneously.

I had recurrent bv also. I tried everything. I think the things that worked best for me was to use the summers eve medicated douche. Its just a saline solution with iodine in it. I did that a few times a week for a few weeks and I also started washing my bottom with rexall feminine wash. I have been bv free for a little over 2 years now. And rexall feminine wash is the only wash I use for my bottom. And I havent had to use a medicated douche in over 2 years also. I hope this helps!
