Actually, if you understand the biology of your body, you would not have a period if you do not ovulate. Talk to your doctor about that. Ovulation isn't 'low'. You either ovulate or you don't. If you don't, you will not get a period. You can have 'spotting' which is different than shedding of the uterine lining. It's how the body works, I don't make it up. Talk to your doctor if you are confused about this. If you do not ovulate, you are NOT fertile. If you have no period, you do not ovulate. If you have a period, you ovulate and could have gotten pregnant that cycle. Biology.
There can be other reasons even if a woman is ovulating that a pregnancy does not occur such as a hormonal imbalance which makes sustaining a pregnancy impossible (as the hormones have to work together to keep the baby growing, pregnancy in place) as well as anatomy issues that would prevent an embryo from implanting. You will still have a period if these types of things are happing possibly.
But your question is very vague. More info for what you are really asking would be helpful. I do think it sounds like you need to talk to your doctor to explain all of this to you. good luck
hi! The only way to truly test your fertility is to see a fertility specialist. Unfortunately most insurance companies do not pay for these services (what a crock, right?), but you can always buy an ovulation calculator to figure out your cycle. Personally, I watch my cycle every month and can tell when I am ovulating by discharge consistency, etc, but this does not guarantee fertility. Does that make sense?
you can have your periods and be unfertile , your ovulation can be low so umm no that's not my question
Hm. You aren't providing a lot of information. If you get a period, assume you ovulate and ovulation means you are fertile. Is that your question?
