Fibroids

"hello I have uterine fibroids small ones and I am currently taking provera. the ob-gyn I currently go to say I Can not have surgery to get them remove because of how small they are so I have to wait until they dissolve he suggested me to take aleve which i did and it made me bleed for almost two months i lost so much blood and had to go to E.R they told me i have a choice to get a blood transfusion or take provera I chose provera I am now spotting while taking provera and sexual Intercourse with my husband is extremely painful also Bleeding on and off this is very frustrating I am on my last provera pill and I am afraid once I finish the blood will come back and I will continue to bleed out I also take Iron with the provera and I don't know what else to do I am freaking out please help!!!
