Getting Preg. w/ use of Condoms

I still have not taken a Preg. test for those of you who have read my past 2 postings. But I was wondering if some of you ladies or friends of yours have gotten preg. while properly useing condoms. I am now over 2 weeks late with NO sign of AF. I mean no spotting, no nothing. But like I said in my last posting I had a baby 9 months ago and my last period was late but not this late. Thoughts?

it is a condom..all condoms are to prevent pregnancy and std's...we used them for a long time and never had anything happened, the day of the condom breaking I was "dry" let's put it that way and I think that is why it broke, like I said there's always that chance, it could happen with any of them! you ccould give it a try, see if you feel comfortable enough to use them. =)

I'm not breatfeeding. I stopped that at 6 weeks. I had my first period back in March. For March, April, May, my periods where regualar and then June it got a little screwy. Now this time Its even later. Could I be this irregular because of have my son 9 months ago?

hmmmm... well, i guess now i wouldnt think that... since you had a few periods that were regular since the birth.
what about birth control? are you on that? OR new major diet and exercise?
when is your next follow up appt with your obgyn?
anything with your body that is suddenly different is trying to tell you something. you should give the office a call and i'm sure they'll want you to come in.

Thanks for the comments. I'm really not stressed out about it. I more curious than anything. I'm probably not, I just thought I would ask. If I don't start by Sept. 1st than I'll take a test and make a doc. appt. to see what is going on with my period. Thanks :)

MF is right.  Condoms have worked for my DH and I for years.

If you just take a test then you can put your mind at ease.  All of this stress is probably affecting your period.
