Got treated for chlamydia...now have constant urge to urinate. What could this be?

I am a 21 year old female. 4 months ago I started feeling the constant need to urinate... the feeling went away after about a week so I didn't think much of it.  I recently got tested positive for Chlamydia (got chlamydia from someone from 4 months ago) and received treatment with 2 pills of Azithromycin. Just a few weeks later, maybe 2, I started to get the constant urge to urinate again. And when I pee it's not in little amounts or that nothing comes out it is quite normal but then after a few minutes the feeling returns. I got my urine tested twice and they found nothing wrong. And the feeling has not gone away sometimes its a very subtle feeling and sometimes quite strong. I always drink a good amount of water and not much else and eat pretty healthy. Could this be related to the Chlaymdia? Should I try doxycycline? I have not gone back yet to see if the Chlamydia is actually completely treated and gone from the azithromycin...Other possibilities I have found was Intersitial Cystitis and Urethritis. I do not really experience any burning sensation.. Any feedback is appreciated.
