HELP! : What are these unusual growths near my genitals???

Im a 19 year old female. Approximately 3-4 months back i noticed a growth beside my vagina, its located on the skin near my underbutt, beside my vagina but on the outside skin, not anywhere inside and not on my labia. Its very close to the fold of my thigh and buttcheek. Its soft, flesh-colored, round with no indent on it , attached to my skin firmly, its texture is similar to that of a skin tag, and it had two other smaller growths attached to it. Since then its been slowly growing in size, and now i have many more like it (but smaller) around the area in my thigh-butt fold. In the past week the area has started becoming itchy. It is not painful, and is only on my left side. Aside from the smaller flesh colored round ones, in the thigh-butt fold area ive also noticed some that look more like little pink pimples, but those dont have defined edges as much as the original round one. Ive googled sooo many things trying to find what it is, but nothing seems to fit my description .  It seems to be getting progressively worse from that one zit like thing i found months back to what looks like a weird rash now, however theyre also not directly clustered together with little space between them, aside from that first one that grew with two smaller ones attached to it. Idk if its filled with anything because i didnt squeeze em but i know they feel soft to the touch, almost like you filled a little sack with wax or water , its seems to be on my upper skin layer and not deeper inside too . Idk if itll be useful but i havent had any sexual contact for the past year also. There are no sores, pus, blisters or pain as well. I really fear it may be an std but i dont know how considering the first one appeared about 8 months after.  Thank u so much for answering!

Well, std's are more like sores.  You'd not ever think an std looked like a skin tag if it were a herpes sore or a chancre from syphilis.  So, I doubt it is anything to do with that.  Try not to touch it as things can get infected.  We can get cysts in that area.  We can get polyps.  We can get friction areas that raise up and are sometimes darker in color than the rest of our skin.  We can get moles and skin tags. Unfortunately, this is something you will have to get looked at.  Do you get an annual ob/gyn exam and pap smear?  Set that up and show them then.  If you just do an annual physical, that is another time you can get a doctor to look at it.  I would not be overly worried other than I'm sure it is annoying.  But have a doctor look to tell you which one of the above possible it is and how to 'get rid of it'.  good luck
