one of the labia minora lips is bigger than the other, it has extra skin and is very dark in colour and has no feeling. does it has its effect on fertility and creates an hormonal problem?
No it shouldn't effect fertility fertility is internal and most problems with fertility is due the male it's normal for them to be different from one another

Agree. This is aesthetic and something really, our partners don't think much about. We can be sensitive about it but usually it's for nothing.
